The Billings Community Fair kicked off Thursday night with the crowning of Rebekka Devine, the 2008 Billings Fair Queen. Congratulations Rebekka, you looked stunning! The old gymnasium was transformed again this year into the exhibit hall and entries were taken until 8pm with more taken this morning until 11am. Judging occured at noon and ribbons are in place, there are some wonderful exhibits again this year by members of our community and close communities around us.
