Without further adieu

here is one of my favorite little models wearing one of this spring's bright and beautiful petti's and hats. I finally got a few studio shots with the pettis and WOW do the colors just POP! I can't wait to get down there and play some more. These are just going to give us some stunning options for this spring! I will be getting in more colors over the next few weeks to choose from and am looking forward to green grass and flowers to make a beautiful backdrop outside. Sertoma Chili Cookoff.........HOT, HOT, HOT

Hot rockin' bands, hot chili, and a good time had by all! This years Sertoma Chili Cookoff was held last Saturday at the Springfield Expo Center and was once again, a wonderful and fun venue. I hope you all enjoy a few of the shots that Mike was able to get while covering the event.

Beautiful baby Georgia

WOW! What a beautiful baby!!! Georgia came to visit and her eyes just sparkled when she smiled. I had a wonderful time taking her pictures, she was such a delight to work with and what a cutie too. Meet Alex

Well, I promised we would get around to posting some more seniors so here goes. Alex is a 2008 senior at Clever High school and was great to work with. He had the most incredible eyes and I had fun working with both he and his Mom to get that downtown feel. We had a limited amount of daylight to work with but I really feel we captured the essence of Alex in our urban photo session. Good luck with your future plans Alex, I hope you enjoy the rest of your senior year and thanks again for chosing Backroads by Lynda.

Family Pictures

Senior photography is my passion, but don't forget here at Backroads by Lynda we do all types photography, nature, sports, individuals and families. The week before Christmas the Wright family stopped by the studio and had family pictures done. Chelsea, Bailee and Cody looked great even though it was a cold and snowy night!
